Okay ! But... what is CLS?

Completed Lifebuoy System – CLS for short – is a concept, designed to make more efficient use of existing lifebuoy.

CLS consists of the following elements:

A throwable rescue device (type IV PFD) which you probably already have. You should choose one that meets the requirements of your country.

Floating lifeline which you may already have, but we have added two floating carabiners for quick attachment.

Plastic handle with rope holder and V-cleats is a new tool for easy rope handling and the secure grip on the rope.

Load transfer harness with strap handle and pockets is also a new tool. It prevents the floating device’s damage during towing and makes it easier to throw the device.

• The rescue line and lifebuoy are always stored together. Your friend wouldn’t need to prepare anything, CLS is always ready to use.
• Your brother can attach the rescue line to lifebuoy with carabiners, that are obvious to use.
• The strap handle makes it easy to grab the device and helps you increase the throwing distance and aiming accuracy – so your girlfriend can throw with ease.
• No tangles when thrown! The rope bundle flies with the rescue device without getting tangles.
• Your mother can easily wind the rope onto the rope holder on the plastic handle without prior practice.
• Even teenagers could save lives. The plastic handle helps to grab the rope, and the V-cleat makes it easier to pull in the victim.

Okay, but ... is the CLS a product?

CLS has rescue tools that form a system. For this system, two products are needed: the lifebuoy itself and a complementary product, that we call „CLS UPGRADE KIT„.

This product is a standard throwable rescue device (Type IV PFD), which you either already have or can obtain from any marine store.

 

 

Our company does not manufacture lifebuoys, nor is there a need for a specific type. Any brand available on the market may be suitable. It is important to choose one that meets the requirements of your country.

CLS UPGRADE KIT

This product includes all the innovations that make the use of your lifebuoy easier and more convenient.

CLS UPGRADE KIT is basically produced in two different designs: for ring buoy and for horseshoe buoy. The parts are designed to be adjustable in size so that they are compatible with most standard size rings and horseshoes.
